Because it uses the same tungsten blade as BMC's katana, it has excellent cutting power and precision!
The blade is sharpened at 0.1mm.
The sharp cutting power and right angle accuracy are perfect for processing segment molds.
Four blades are prepared according to the proportions of the character model.
The flat part of the blade tip can also be used as a scraper tool to remove parting lines.

Avoid cutting the sides of the component by rounding the sides of the tool tip.

● Usage example: Process ordinary seams into paragraph stencils.
Place the convex part of the blade on the edge of the part and pull the tool forward to cut.
The angle of the blade tilt and the amount of force applied will affect the amount of cut.

The technique for a beautiful finish is to apply force lightly and perform thinning multiple times.
Using force will increase the amount of shavings in some areas, and it will not be possible to achieve a uniform segment mold effect.
Please use your own weight to grind gently at the beginning, especially at the two ends where there is a lot of grinding left, so pay special attention.

To improve the right angle accuracy, use BMC Use a knife or a design knife to sharpen the mold.
For those who are sensitive to fine vibrations, you can use water-resistant sandpaper to gently polish it to achieve a more beautiful effect.

Do not remove the seams, use the paragraph stencil to express it.

● Curved part processing example: Highly difficult curved segment mold.
When the knife deviates from the curve, it will cause carving marks that are difficult to repair.

To prevent this, you can use a method of connecting engravings at a short distance (within about 1cm).
Keep the cutting amount of a single interval stable, and when engraving marks appear on the curve, make overall corrections.

● Visual effect: Make the paragraph mold more three-dimensional.
Use a BMC knife (less than 0.15mm) to carve on the edge of the paragraph mold.
Make the edge sharp and add subtle shadows to create a three-dimensional mold.

Paragraph mold with 0.5mm on the left and 0.8mm on the right.
Use BMC knife 0.1mm to carve at the end to express the shadow.

Note
- This product is suitable for delicate work. Applying force or twisting may cause breakage.
- Tungsten cutters may break during operation, so please wear gloves, safety glasses or goggles to protect your hands and eyes.
- Tungsten may break due to impact, so please do not drop it or hit it against hard objects.
- Tungsten's strength decreases when heated, making it more susceptible to breakage, so please avoid heating.
- Do not use for purposes other than cutting, deburring or chamfering.
