By making the side of the blade tip into an arc, it is possible to avoid cutting the side of the component.

● Example of use: Processing a normal seam into a segment mold.
Place the convex part of the blade on the edge of the part and pull the knife forward to cut.
The angle of the knife and the amount of force applied will affect the amount of cut.

The technique for a beautiful finish is to apply light force and thin multiple times.
Applying force will increase the amount of cutting and fail to achieve a uniform segment mold effect.
At the beginning, please use your own weight to grind gently, especially at the two ends where there is a tendency for excess cutting, so special attention should be paid.

To improve the right angle accuracy, use a BMC knife or design knife to sharpen the mold.
For those who are sensitive to fine vibrations, you can use water-resistant sandpaper to gently polish it to achieve a more beautiful effect.

Do not remove the seam, use the paragraph stencil to express it.

● Curved part processing example: Highly difficult curved section mold.
When the knife deviates from the curve, it will cause carving marks that are difficult to repair.

To prevent this, you can use a method of connecting engravings at a short distance (about 1cm or less). Keep the cutting amount of a single interval stable, and when engraving marks appear on the curve, make overall corrections.

● Visual effect: Make the paragraph mold more three-dimensional.
Use a BMC knife (less than 0.15mm) to carve on the edge of the paragraph mold.
Make the edge sharp and add subtle shadows to create a three-dimensional mold.

Paragraph mold with 0.5mm on the left and 0.8mm on the right.
Use a BMC knife 0.1mm to carve on the end to express the shadow.

Caution
- This product is suitable for delicate work. Applying force or twisting may cause breakage.
- Tungsten cutters may be damaged during operation. Please wear gloves, safety glasses or goggles to protect your hands and eyes.
- Tungsten may be damaged by impact. Please do not drop it or hit it against hard objects.
- Tungsten's strength decreases when heated and it is easy to break. Please avoid heating.
- Do not use for purposes other than paragraphing, deburring and chamfering.
