Development of TAF circuit that greatly reduces melting
An ultrasonic cutting machine is a tool that cuts while vibrating. When cutting, the vibration between the object being cut and the blade generates frictional heat. Conventional machines try to cut with fixed power, which may cause increased melting.
This time, the new TAF circuit vibrates with minimal power, suitable for workpieces that do not require power when cutting. It automatically tracks and drives to cut difficult-to-cut materials or when you apply force, it powers up.
No need to keep pressing the button
For safety reasons, until now we have designed the device to move only when the button is pressed.
This time, since it is launched as a high-end model of ZO-40, we prioritized operability, reflecting user feedback that it is difficult to work when the button is pressed.
Once pressed, the normal mode will operate for 10 minutes. Press it again and it will stop there.
Equipped with a temperature sensor to protect the vibrator
Equipped with a high-power mode, the maximum power goes into the vibrator of the hobby ultrasonic cutting machine.
We assume that the vibrator will be damaged by the friction heat of various cutting objects and the heat generated by its own vibration, so we installed a protection sensor that stops the head when the temperature inside the head rises.
Variable Power
Equipped with two modes. Equipped with Normal mode for normal use and High power mode for special situations.
In High power mode, it will overheat in about 5 minutes, depending on the object being cut.
